Easy french rice

Yield: 10 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can (8 oz) sliced water chetnuts
\N \N Drained
1 can (8 oz) mushrooms, liquid
\N \N Reserved
\N \N Enough water to equal 1 1/3
\N \N C with mushroom liquid
2 tablespoons Margarine
1 can (10 3/4 oz) French onion
\N \N Soup, defated
1 cup Rice

Combine all ingredients in a 2 quart casserole and mix well. Cook, covered, in a 350 degree oven for one hour. remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes.
