Easy cheesy potatoes

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Bag (2-pound) frozen diced potatoes; thawed (Mr. Dells works well)
2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup Melted butter
½ cup Onion; chopped (opt)
1 can Cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom souop
\N \N Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups Sour cream
1 cup Crushed cracker crumbs or crushed cornflakes

From: Kristen Klusmire <kristen@...> Date: Mon, 29 Jul 1996 20:29:48 -0500 Mix together all ingredients except the cracker crumbs. Place in a greased 9x13 inch pan. Top with cracker crybs or cornflakes. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
