Easy cheesy apple pie

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup All purpose flour (1)
¼ cup Quick oats (2)
1½ teaspoon Sugar (3)
½ teaspoon Salt (4)
⅓ cup Cooking oil (5)
⅓ cup Flour
⅓ cup Sugar
¼ cup Cold milk (6)
6 cups Peeled & sliced apples
1 pack Vanilla pudding-not instant
½ cup Shredded Cheddar cheese
¼ cup Oats
3 tablespoons Butter or marg. softened

TOPPING

Preheat oven to 375~

Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup, level off. In 9" large glass pie pan combine first 6 Ingredients. Mix Well. Press into bottom and sides of pan. Do not press onto rim.

In large bowl, combine dry pudding and apples. Spoon into unbaked crust. Sprinkle with cheese.

Combine topping ingredients. Blend until crumbly. Sprinkle over cheese.

Bake 45 to 50 min until light golden brown and apples are tender.

Serve warm or cold. It is best served warm with ice cream. Reheat in Micro for a few seconds.

Note: Apples may be cut ahead. Put in plastic bag and sprinkle with lemon juice.
