easy cabbage casserole

½  Cut up a head of cabbage (or
  More)
1 each Handful or two of rice
1 each Some tomato sauce, tomato
  Paste, and/or canned
  Tomatoes (crushed or
  Diced--not whole)
½  Head of cabbage
1 each Some more rice
1 each Some more tomato
1 each Chopped onion and garlinc
1 each Seasonings to taste

Let it simmer for a couple of hours, stirring occasionally. Or, put the whole thing in the crockpot on low in the morning and it'll be ready for dinner.
