Measure | Ingredient |

2 tablespoons | Salt |
2 teaspoons | Red pepper -- ground |
1 tablespoon | Red pepper flakes |
2 tablespoons | Brown sugar -- packed |
Combine all ingredients, mix well and let stand several hours before using.
Mix with meat chopped from the cooked pig and serve extra on the side.
