Duck dressing

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Lightly warmed duck demi-glace
1 tablespoon Hoisin sauce
2 teaspoons Rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Soy sauce
2 teaspoons Finely minced green onions, green part only

Combine demi-glace, hoisin sauce, vinegar, soy sauce and green onion in small work bowl and whisk until smooth.
