| ½ pack | (11.5-oz) Nestle Toll House milk chocolate morsels |
| 1½ cup | Sifted confectioners' sugar |
| ½ cup | Butter; softened |
| ½ teaspoon | Salt |
| 2 tablespoons | Irish whiskey |
| 1 teaspoon | Nescafe Classic instant coffee |
Melt over hot (not boiling) water, Nestle Toll House milk chocolate morsels; stir until smooth. Set aside. In large bowl, combine confectioners' sugar, butter and salt; beat well. In cup, combine whiskey and Nescafe Classic instant coffee; stir until dissolved. Add to sugar mixture along with melted morsels; beat until light and fluffy. Frosts one 9-inch layer cake. Makes about 2 cups frosting.
