|½ pack||(11.5-oz) Nestle Toll House milk chocolate morsels|
|1½ cup||Sifted confectioners' sugar|
|½ cup||Butter; softened|
|2 tablespoons||Irish whiskey|
|1 teaspoon||Nescafe Classic instant coffee|
Melt over hot (not boiling) water, Nestle Toll House milk chocolate morsels; stir until smooth. Set aside. In large bowl, combine confectioners' sugar, butter and salt; beat well. In cup, combine whiskey and Nescafe Classic instant coffee; stir until dissolved. Add to sugar mixture along with melted morsels; beat until light and fluffy. Frosts one 9-inch layer cake. Makes about 2 cups frosting.
