Measure Ingredient
4 \N (12-oz) New York strip steaks
1 tablespoon Ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon Freshly ground coriander
1½ teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon Good-quality Hungarian paprika
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Salt

Mix spices, dredge meat until well coated. Grill over high heat 3-5 min/side or until desired Also usable on fish, chicken, pork, etc.
