MeasureIngredient
4 cups Flour
2 cups Butter
1 cup Sugar
½ pounds Ground pecans
2 tablespoons Vanilla
  Strawberry jam

Combine butter, sugar, pecans and vanilla, then flour. Shape into small rolls the size of a quarter. Wrap in wax paper and chill. When ready to bake, slice these thin. Bake about 10 minutes in at 350.. Cool. Spread strawberry jam on one cookie. Top with another cookie. Roll in granulated sugar.
