Measure Ingredient
1 \N 1/2 pounds of pork sausage (up to 1)
1 \N Green pepper; chopped
2 \N Green onions ;chopped
2 \N Celery stalks; chopped (up to 3)
2 cups Chicken bouillon or consomme'
1 cup Raw rice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon Salt

Crumble sausage into a skillet and brown it. Drain, then add all the mixture, Put a lid on and let simmer at low heat for about 1 hour.
