¾ cup Scallions; diced very fine
¼ cup Sun-dried tomatoes; (packed in air), diced
1½ cup Buttermilk
1 tablespoon Applesauce
½ teaspoon Dried basil
3 \N Cloves garlic; minced
½ cup Low-fat cheese
1 tablespoon Caraway seeds
½ teaspoon Dried oregano
½ cup Sunflower seeds

Place ingredients in ABM in order recommended by your manufacturer.

Turn on. When breadmachine is finished, slice and eat.
