2 \N | Habanero chiles; seeded and chopped |
2 \N | Shallots; finely chopped |
½ cup | Fresh cilantro; chopped |
1 tablespoon | Thai fish sauce |
1 \N | Lime juice (fresh); one lime |
2 teaspoons | Sugar |
1 pinch | Salt |
Peel mangoes, cut the flesh away from the seeds and slice into thin strips.
Place in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Serve.
