Dorothy flatman's lasagne

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
12 eaches Lasagne noodles; cooked
2 cups Cottage cheese (16 oz)
½ cup Parmesan cheese; grated
2 teaspoons Parsley flakes
1 pounds Cheeses; sliced
3 cups Spaghetti sauce

Mix cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese and parsley flakes. Divide all ingredients in half to make 2 each 9x9 baking dishes. In each dish: Layer noodles, ½ of sliced cheese, noodles, all of divided cheese mixture, noodles, ½ of sauce, rest of noodles and sliced cheese.

Top with rest of sauce. Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour.
