¼ cup | Raisins |
½ cup | Pineapple chunks |
1 cup | Vermicelli, cooked |
3 tablespoons | Corn oil or peanut oil |
Heat oil in a large, heavy skillet. Add onions & celery and saute'intil onions start to turn trans- luscent. Add turkey, raisins, tomatos, soy sauce & vermicelli. Stir well and cover. Cook for 5 minutes then add the raisins. Cook covered for 5 more minutes and serve.
