| 1 pounds | Small egg noodles |
| 2 pounds | Ground beef |
| 2 cans | (6oz) tomato sauce |
| 1 tablespoon | Worcestershire sauce |
| Salt; to taste | |
| 1 pack | (8oz) cottage cheese |
| 1 pack | (8oz) cream cheese |
| 1 cup | Sour cream |
| 4 | Green onions; chopped |
| 1 | Stick butter |
Boil, drain and rinse noodles in hot water. Brown meat well, add tomato sauce, worcestershire and salt. Mix cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream and onions. Melt butter. Grease 2- 2quart casseroles. Place ¼ noodles in each casserole, pour a little melted butter over noodles. Add half cheese mixture to each casserole. Add remaining noodles, more butter and top with meat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
NOTES : Freezes well.
