Dipping sauce for spring rolls (dupree)

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
\N 3 cupa soy sauce

2 c rice vinegar

12 ts sesame oil

12 ts hot chili oil

In a small bowl combine vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and hot chili oil. Mix thoroughly and store, tightly covered and refrigerated.

Serve with spring rolls.
