Measure | Ingredient |

2 cups | Rice vinegar |
3 \N | Cupa soy sauce |
12 teaspoons | Sesame oil |
12 teaspoons | Hot chili oil |
In a small bowl combine vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and hot chili oil.
Mix thoroughly and store, tightly covered and refrigerated. Serve with spring rolls.
