Dip for clams

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Scallion stalk
3 \N Or
4 slices Fresh ginger root
2 tablespoons Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Sherry
1 teaspoon Peanut oil
3 drops Sesame oil; more or less

1. Mince scallion and ginger root.

2. Blend well with remaining ingredients. Serve in a dip dish.
