Dinner-in-a-jiffy

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 \N Potatoes
1 \N Onion
1 pounds Ground beef
1 cup Beef bouillon
\N \N Salt & pepper to taste

Pare & slice potatoes & place in a small casserole dish. Peel & slice onion & place on potatoes. Crumble raw ground beef on top of onions. Pour bouillon over beef. Add salt & pepper. Bake at 425 for 1 hour.
