| Measure | Ingredient |

| 1 pack | Dry yeast |
| ¼ cup | Lukewarm water |
| 1 teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ teaspoon | Soda |
| 1 tablespoon | Instant onion flakes |
| 1 cup | Cottage cheese; at room temp. |
| 2 tablespoons | Sugar |
| 1 tablespoon | Shortening |
| 1 | Unbeaten egg |
| 2 teaspoons | Dill seed (up to) |
| 2½ cup | Flour |
Dissolve yeast in water. Add sugar, salt, shortening & egg. Beat 1 minute.
Add dill seed, onion flakes & cheese. Mix well. Add flour & soda mixed together. Mix all ingredients & knead well. Let rise until double in bulk.
Punch down & knead several times. Put into a greased 2-quart casserole. Let rist until double again. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
