Dilled potato bread

Measure Ingredient
1½ teaspoon Active Dry Yeast
3 cups Bread Flour
3 tablespoons Wheat Germ
3 tablespoons Powdered Milk
1½ tablespoon Sugar
1½ teaspoon Dill Seed
2 teaspoons Salt
1½ tablespoon Vegetable Oil
¾ cup Mashed Potatoes
1 \N Egg
1 \N Egg Yolk
1 cup Water -- + 2 Tbs

Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your ABM manual and process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer's directions. When warm, cut into thick slices. For slices less than ½ inch thick, let cool before cutting.
