Dilled lime cream cheese

Yield: 1 batch

Measure Ingredient
½ pounds Cream cheese, softened
3 larges Scallions finely chopped
1½ tablespoon Dill, finely chopped plus extra sprigs for garnish
1½ teaspoon Lime juice
½ teaspoon Lime zest, finely grated
¼ teaspoon Pepper

In a medium bowl, whip the cream cheese until fluffy. Add the scallions, chopped dill, lime juice, lime zest and pepper and beat until combined.
