½ cup | Vegetable oil |
⅓ cup | Red wine vinegar |
⅛ teaspoon | Coarse black pepper |

2 teaspoons | Dijon mustard |

¼ teaspoon | Salt |
Combine all the ingredients in a clean jar with a tight-fitting lid.
Shake well. Makes 1½ cups
