| Measure | Ingredient |

| ⅓ cup | Whipping cream |
1. In a bowl blend together mayonnaise, mustard, and lemon juice.
2. In a deep bowl whip cream until soft peaks form. Fold into mayonnaise mixture.
Makes about ¾ cup.
