| 1 teaspoon | Vanilla |
| 6 packs | Artificial sweetener |
| 1 pinch | Salt |
| ½ cup | Pineapple juice; (from can of pineapple) |
| 1 teaspoon | Lemon juice |
| 1 pack | Unflavored gelatin |

Mix first 6 ingredients. soften gelatin in pineapple juice and add to mixture. Pour into 9-inch pie plate and sprinkle cinnamon on top. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool and chill.
