|8 ounces||Carton plain yogurt|
|2 tablespoons||Crumbled bleu cheese|
|½ teaspoon||Celery seed|
|1 dash||Bottled hot pepper sauce|

In a small mixer bowl combine yogurt, half the bleu cheese, the sugar, celery seed, and hot pepper sauce. Beat with rotary beater til smooth. Stir in the remaining bleu cheese. Transfer to storage container. Cover and chill. Makes 1 cup. (13 calories per tablespoon).
