1 can | Crushed pineapple; undrained |
1½ teaspoon | Vanilla |

2 cups | Diced bananas; (about 2 lg. ones) |
1 teaspoon | Baking soda |
4 teaspoons | Sweet and Low |
1½ cup | Cooking oil |
Put all ingredients in bowl. Blend do not beat. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes for cupcakes; tube pan - for cake 80 minutes.
