Devilishly easy chocolate cake

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Devil's food cake mix; 18 1/4 ounces
1 cup Water
½ cup Applesauce
¾ cup Egg substitute
16 ounces Reduced-fat chocolate frosting

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Mix first four ingredients at low speed until moistened.

3. Beat 2 minutes at high speed. Pour into 2 greased 9-inch round cake pans.

4. Bake for 25 minutes or until done. Cool completely and frost.

Makes 12 servings.

Nutritional Information per serving: 323 calories, 8 g total fat, 3 g saturated fat, 0mg; cholesterol, 288 mg sodium.
