| Measure | Ingredient |

| 1 cup | Commercial sour cream |
| 2 teaspoons | Capers; chopped (optional) |
| 1½ tablespoon | Chopped pimiento |
| ⅛ teaspoon | Black pepper |
| 3 drops | Tabasco sauce; more or less |
Combine all ingredients. Chill before serving. Yield: 2 cups.
