Dede's buttermilk bread bmm

Yield: 1 loaf

Measure Ingredient
1⅛ cup Buttermilk; or 4T dry buttermilk powder and 1 1/8c water
3 cups Bread flour
1½ teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Butter; or margerine
3 tablespoons Honey
¼ teaspoon Baking soda
1½ teaspoon Red Star yeast

1½ POUND LOAF

Place all ingredients into bread pan, select Light Crust setting, and press start.

After baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on cake rack, and allow to cool 1 hour before slicing.
