Measure | Ingredient |

1⅛ cup | Buttermilk; or 4T dry buttermilk powder and 1 1/8c water |
3 cups | Bread flour |
1½ teaspoon | Salt |
1 tablespoon | Butter; or margerine |
3 tablespoons | Honey |
¼ teaspoon | Baking soda |
1½ teaspoon | Red Star yeast |
1½ POUND LOAF
Place all ingredients into bread pan, select Light Crust setting, and press start.
After baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on cake rack, and allow to cool 1 hour before slicing.
