¾ cup BEEF DRIPPINGS
½ cup CIDER VINEGAR
¼ cup WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
¼ cup LEMON JUICE
⅓ cup PACKED BROWN SUGAR
1 teaspoon ONION POWDER
½ teaspoon GROUND RED PEPPER

MAKES 4 CUPS

IN A LARGE SAUCEPAN, COMBINE INGREDIENTS, AND SIMMER OVER LOW HEAT 15 MINUTES. REFRIGERATE UNUSED SAUCE UP TO SEVERAL DAYS, FREEZE FOR LONGER STORAGE.

USES: BRYAN'S FANATICS POUR IT OVER FRIES, TOAST AND JUST ABOUT ANYTHING ELSE NON-TOXIC. BUT ITS BEST ON THE BEEF THAT BRUNG IT...BRISKET.
