Dack rambo's crab casserole

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Fresh crab meat
1 cup Saltines; crumbled
⅓ cup Mayonnaise
⅓ cup Milk
1⅓ tablespoon Worcesterhire sauce
1 teaspoon Mustard
1 \N Lemon; juice of
1 dash Tabasco
\N \N Salt to taste

Pick crabmeat carefully for shell pieces, sprinkle with salt, add lemon juice and set aside. Add remaining seasoning to mayonnaise, add milk and toss this mixture lightly with crab meat. Place in buttered casserole, cover with crumbled saltines. Dot generously with butter. Bake 30 minutes at 350~.
