Curtis' ribs

Measure Ingredient
3 pounds Beef short ribs
½ cup Flour
\N \N Salt, pepper, garlic, onion
\N \N Powder to taste
2 cups Beef stock or broth

>From the Pensacola News Journal: Season ribs with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder. Dust with flour.

Brown ribs in skillet and then place them in casserole pan and top with 2 cups beef broth. Cook at 350 degrees until tender.
