Curry baked orange roughy

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
⅓ cup Mayonnaise
½ teaspoon Garlic powder
¾ teaspoon Prepared mustard
⅛ teaspoon Curry powder
¾ teaspoon Lemon juice
4 \N Orange roughy fillets
¾ teaspoon Hot sauce
30 \N Round buttery
\N \N Crackers/crush
¾ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Combine all ingredients except fillets and crackers. Brush over top of fillets. Dredge both sides of fillets in cracker crumbs. Place spiced side up in greased baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Serve at once. Formatted by Mary Dishongh Bowles.
