Measure | Ingredient |

2½ cup | Diced Red Delicious apple |
1½ cup | Diced Granny Smith apple |
1 cup | Diagonally sliced celery |
½ cup | Raisins |
1 tablespoon | Chopped walnuts |
2 teaspoons | Curry powder |
¼ teaspoon | Pepper |
½ cup | Plain low-fat yogurt |
2 tablespoons | Honey |
Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl; toss well.
Combine curry powder and next 3 ingredients; stir well. Add to apple mixture, tossing gently to coat. Yield: 7 servings (serving size: about 1 cup).
