Curried shrimp - goong pad pong garee *

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Oil
3 \N Minced Garlic Cloves
8 ounces Shrimp, Shelled & Deveined
1 teaspoon Curry Powder
2 tablespoons Fish Sauce (Nam Pla)
1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
1½ tablespoon Sugar
¼ cup Slivered Green Bell Pepper
¼ cup Slivered Red Bell Pepper
¼ cup Sweet Basil Leaves
¼ cup Sliced Onions

The subtle flavor of the curry compliments the fresh flavor of the shrimp very well in this quick and easy recipe.

~--------------------------------------------------------------------- ~-- Heat a large skillet and add the oil, garlic and shrimp. Saute for 1 minute. Add all the other ingredients and cook for 2 minutes.

Serve with steamed jasmine rice.
