curried lamb burgers

1 large Lamb, ground; lean
  Onion salt
  Garlic salt
¼ cup Butter (or marg.); softened
½ teaspoon Curry powder; to 3/4 ts.
Hamburger buns

Spape ground lamb into 4 patties, ½ inch thick. Sprinkle both sides wiht onion salt and garlic salt. Cook under broiler until brown, about 15 to 20 minutes, turning to brown on both sides. In the meantime, combine softened butter with curry powder and spread generously on both sides of the cooked patties. Serve between warm hamburger buns.
