curried chicken breasts

Boneless skinless chicken br
¼ cup Flour
3 tablespoons Unsalted butter
½ cup Onion; finely chopped
Cl Garlic; minced
1½ tablespoon Curry powder
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Ground ginger
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
¼ teaspoon Pepper
2½ tablespoon Flour
1 tablespoon Lime juice
1 can Chicken broth

Preheat oven to 350.

Roll each breast in flour. Melt butter in skillet and brown chicken.

Remove and place in baking dish. Add the chopped onion and garlic to butter and cook until onion is golden. Add curry powder, salt, ginger, cinnamon, and pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. Add flour and chicken broth, whisking until smooth. Pour sauce over chicken, cover with foil and bake 1 hour. Before serving, add lime juice.
