| 1 teaspoon | Ground cinnamon |

| ½ teaspoon | Ground cloves |
| ¼ teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 cup | Applesauce |
In a mixing bowl, cream sugar and butter. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Combine dry ingredients; add to the creamed mixture alternately with applesauce. Mix just until combined. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
