cucumbers and tomatoes

4 Servings
1 quart Cucumbers; diced
1 quart Tomatoes; diced
1 pint Onions; chopped fine
1 pint Vinegar
1 pint Sugar
Sweet peppers
Hot pepper
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Pickling spices or more tied in a cheesecl

Mix altogether and cook for 1 hour. Put in pint size hot jar. Seal and process for 5 minutes. The mixture should be thick after cooking, if not cook a little longer. Good with hot dog, and vegetables.
