| Measure | Ingredient |

| 1 quart | Cucumbers; diced |
| 1 quart | Tomatoes; diced |
| 1 pint | Onions; chopped fine |
| 1 pint | Vinegar |
| 1 pint | Sugar |
| 2 | Sweet peppers |
| 1 | Hot pepper |
| 1 teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 teaspoon | Pickling spices or more tied in a cheesecl |
Mix altogether and cook for 1 hour. Put in pint size hot jar. Seal and process for 5 minutes. The mixture should be thick after cooking, if not cook a little longer. Good with hot dog, and vegetables.
