| Measure | Ingredient |

| 1 small | Cucumber; diced (peel on unless you prefer it off) |
| 1 tablespoon | Minced red onion |
| ¼ teaspoon | Chili powder |
| ¼ teaspoon | Cumin |
| 1 tablespoon | Seasoned rice vinegar |
| 1 | Lime; Juice of (about 1 tbs) |
