Measure | Ingredient |

2 eaches | Cucumbers, peeled, halved & seeded |

1½ teaspoon | Sugar |
¼ cup | Soy sauce |
½ small | Red onion, thinly sliced |
1 small | Fresh red chili pepper, thinly sliced |
1 small | Fresh green chili pepper, thinly sliced |
2 eaches | Plum tomatoes, sliced |
\N \N | Whole chili peppers |
\N \N | Cilantro sprigs |
Cut cucumber halves into 2" long sections. Cut each section into ¼" thick strips. Place in a bowl. Add the lime juice, sugar & soy sauce. Toss gently until well combined. Add onions, chilis & tomatoes & toss gently until well combined. Garnish with the whole chilies & cilantro sprigs.
