|1 small||Cucumber -- peeled & seeded|
|1 small||Onion -- minced|
|2½ cup||Plain yogurt|
|1 tablespoon||Mint leaves -- chopped|
|1||Chili pepper -- seeded &|
Finely shred the cucumber into ½" lengths. Place in a bowl with the onion and yogurt. Stir to mix. Cover and chill in fridge until ready to serve, Garnish with mint and pepper. 90 calories and 0 grams fat.
