|¼ cup||Orange juice|
|½ teaspoon||Grated orange peel; (or to taste)|
|¼ teaspoon||Ground cinnamon|
|2 cups||Pecan halves|
Combine first 4 ingredients in a 2½ quart microwave-safe bowl. Mix in pecans. Cook at medium power for six minutes. Stir well Cook at medium power for an additional 8-10 minutes or until crystallized, stirring several times. Spread and separate nuts on a waxed paper covered cookie sheet.
