Crystal honey lager

Yield: 50 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3½ pounds Malt Extract Powder-Light
2½ pounds Honey
1½ ounce Cascade Hops; boiling
½ ounce Cascade Hops; finishing
1 pack Lager yeast
¾ cup Corn sugar; bottling

Add the malt extract, honey and boiling hops to 1½ gal of water and boil for 60 min. Add finishing hops during final 2-4 min of boiling.

Sparge into cold water. Pitch when cool. Bottle when done.
