½ cup | Melted butter |
½ cup | Milk |
1 cup | Crisp cooked bacon; (diced) |
3 cups | Crushed fritos® brand original or wild n' mild ranch® brand flavor corn chips |
¼ cup | Diced green onions |
2 cups | Shredded cheddar cheese |
Split cooked potatoes lengthwide and scoop out inside. Mash potato filling with butter and milk. Add bacon, 2 cups Fritos® brand Corn Chips, onions, 1 cup cheese. Mix and refill potato skins. Sprinkle potatoes with remaining 1 cup cheese and 1 cup Fritos®. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
