Crunchy topping

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Brown sugar; packed
½ cup Coconut
¼ cup Chopped nuts
3 tablespoons Margarine
1 tablespoon Milk

In a 4 cup measuring cup, combine sugar, coconut, nuts, margarine and milk.

Microwave on 100% (High) for 2 to 3 minutes, until thick and bubbly, stirring twice. Makes enough to frost 1 8-inch chocolate cake or 1 dozen cupcakes.
