Crunchy swiss and ham appetizers

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Mashed potatoes -- very
\N \N Stiff
2 cups Cooked ham -- finely
\N \N Chopped
1 cup Swiss cheese -- shredded 4
\N \N Oz
⅓ cup Mayonnaise
¼ cup Minced onions
1 each Eggs -- well beaten
1 tablespoon Mustard -- prepared
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
3½ cup Corn flake crumbs

Combine all ingredinets except corn flakes; chill. Shape into 1 inch balls and roll in corn flakes. place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 deg. for 25 to 30 min. Serve while hot. Yield: about 8 dozen.
