| 1 pack | (3 oz) chicken-flavored ramen noodle soup |
| 16 ounces | Cream cheese; softened |
| 1 cup | Sour cream |
| ½ cup | Dry-roasted shelled sunflower seeds |
| 4 | Green onions; chopped |
| ⅓ cup | Dried parsley flakes |
In a food processor, process uncooked noodles, contents of seasoning packet, and next 4 ingredients till well blended.
Divide mixture in half.
Shape each half into a ball. Roll in Parsley. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
TO SERVE: Let stand at room temperature 20 - 30 minutes or until softened.
Serve with crackers or bread.
