¼ cup | Vinegar; plus almonds or sunflower seeds, whole or chopped |
½ cup | Onion; chopped |
8 ounces | Water chestnuts; sliced and drained |
2 tablespoons | Vinegar |
2 tablespoons | Lemon juice |
DRESSING
Combine dressing ingredients, set aside. Rinse broccoli well in cold water and peel stalks. Chop into bite sized pieces. Add remaining ingredients and mix with dressing. Refrigerate and serve cold.
